Great potential marred by terrible controls

Like so many others, I was drawn in by the promise of great graphics and epic gameplay. Everything looks wonderful until youre given the stick and told to go win the war. Sluggish, unresponsive controls destroy any chance for true enjoyment with this title, especially when others have done it so well.
